The TripCheung Chau is an old fishing village and the most densely populated of Hong Kong's outlaying islands. Steph, Euffi and I took the ferry to Cheung Chau on July 7th, 2001. We were in search of the infamous Cheung Bo Tsai Cave where the pirate Cheung is said to have stashed his loot. The landscape is very beautiful and without any motorized vehicles on the island, it was also very peaceful. Unfortunately, the mosquitoes found us hiking and decided to make a feast. By the time we arrived at the cave Steph and I were covered in bug bites. Euffi, however, was not as tasty and didn't get a single bug bite! Photos
